Welcome to the New Version of EDO

The European Drought Observatory (EDO) has changed appearance. The new interface should ease navigation through the available information and tools. The main improvements are related to:
  • Display of Interpolated data using so-called pyramids
  • Geographical interfaces allowing to compare maps side by side
  • Map Legends with updated colors
  • Opening archives of Rainfall and Satellite imagery for a time span of up to 40 years in the past
  • Linking to further real-time regional and national information sources
  • English, French and Spanish as languages for the menu and legends
